How To Change Input Voltage From 208 Volts To 240 Volts On A 10kVA Battery Backup Power UPS

Before Battery Backup Power, Inc. ships any of its larger uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) to customers, a BBP staff member will contact the customer to ask which input voltage they would like the UPS set to before shipping. In some instances, the UPS is moved from a location with 208 volt power to a location with 240 volt power. If this is the case, the input can be easily changed using the following instructions.
